Method of payment: Each guest pays on own
Guaranteed reservations: all reservations must be accompanied by 3 night deposit
All TCIA room reservations require a WMC 2024 registration. After you complete your registration, you will receive a confirmation email providing you with information on how to make your hotel arrangements.
Booking within our hotel block gives you the best rate possible, allows TCIA to request upgrades and specific room request for our attendees and allows TCIA to meet its obligations to the hotel.
