Hotel’s room rates are subject to applicable state and local taxes (currently 12.5%) and State Recovery Fee (2.5%) in effect at the time of check-out. Changes to taxes or fees implemented after booking will affect the total room price. The above room rates are quoted on a category/view basis. Views will include rooms in all buildings of the Hotel. Rooms will be assigned based on availability on the day of arrival. A two-night deposit, plus taxes and fees, will be charged at the time of registration. This amount will be deducted from your final hotel bill and paid for by TCIA. Please see the cancellation policy for all dates and refund options.

Changes to available accommodations will be considered based on availability up to the group cut-off date of January 3, 2025.
