About Johnny Korthuis: A certified arborist with 24 years on the job, Johnny has touched almost every aspect of the arboriculture industry. From running his tree service for 18 years, a decade spent traveling nationally and abroad as a trainer, contract climber, and consultant, to being involved in municipal and large scale forestry operations and research throughout Western Canada and the US. A former professional action sports athlete, family man, and dedicated team leader, he remains passionately involved in the industry trying to find ways to “raise the tide” through innovation and safety.

About Ryan Torcicollo: Ryan Torcicollo has 16 years in the industry. He is a safety trainer, ISA, Certified Treecare Safety Professional (CTSP), Certified Tree Climber, TRAQ, certified crane operator, and NCCER crane exam proctor. He is currently the Assistant Director of Tree Care.
