Full Program:
Guest Program: This registration category is for spouses or guests, NOT additional company employees; Includes Welcome Celebration Dinner with 2 drink tickets, 4 breakfasts, 3 lunches, 2 days of looping afternoon shuttle service and Farewell BBQ lunch with 2 drink tickets. Does not include any education.
Junior/Child Program: This registration category is for children and teenagers, NOT additional company employees; Includes Welcome Celebration Dinner with 2 drink tickets, 4 breakfasts, 3 lunches, 2 days of looping afternoon shuttle service and Farewell BBQ lunch with 2 drink tickets. Does not include any education.

Please Note: Children under 5 may attend WMC at no cost.
* You must have at least one Full Program Registration to book a hotel room. Additional rooms can be added with a Full Guest Registration. You must have at least one registration per hotel room booked.
Registration Cancellation Policy: WMC’s exclusive setting requires us to plan carefully for each attendee. Cancellation requests must be submitted via TCIA’s official Cancellation Form. Telephone cancellation requests will not be accepted. Attendees who are unable to attend WMC may transfer their registration to another person at no additional cost. Registration transfers are permitted up to and including the day of the event.
- Cancellation refunds are subject to the following schedule:
- Received on or before 11/20/26: Full refund, less a $150 administrative fee.
- Received between 11/21/26 – 12/31/26: Full Refund, less a $250 administrative fee.
- Received after 12/31/26: No refunds will be issued.
