Program Cancellation Fees

Before January 5, 2024 – $100

After January 5, 2024 – $200

All Cancellations must be made in writing to Member Services memberservices@tcia.org. No telephone cancellations will be accepted.

Liability Waiver

By your attendance, you waive and release for you, your family and anyone accompanying you to WMC any and all rights and claims for losses and damages against TCIA and their representatives, successors and assigns for any and all injuries suffered as a participant in WMC.

Concurrent Events

Attendees shall not hold any meeting, educational session, event, demonstration, hospitality room, or any other activity whose purpose may be construed to attract WMC attendees that conflicts with TCIA scheduled events.

Photo/Company Release

By virtue of your attendance, you agree to the use of your likeness in TCIA’s promotional materials.

WMC’s Exclusive Tours & Events can be added to your registration at anytime. Please log into your TCIA online account and click the WMC event in the top right corner.
