• Early departure fee: 100% penalty
• Cancellation policy: After December 30, 2025, is the full stay penalty
• No show: 100% of your stay
• Method of payment: TCIA will charge a two-night deposit and then each guest pays on own
• Guaranteed reservations: all reservations must be accompanied by two-night deposit paid to TCIA

Note: Hotel room deposits are fully refundable until 30 days prior to your check-in date. Deposits will be non-refundable for any reservation cancelled within thirty (30) days of arrival. Please email the Meetings Team with any questions.

Hotel’s room rates are subject to applicable state and local taxes (currently 13%) in effect at the time of check-out. Changes to taxes or fees implemented after booking will affect the total room price. The room rates are quoted on a category/view basis. Views will include rooms in all buildings of the Hotel. Rooms will be assigned based on availability on the day of arrival.

• Maids: $7 per day/per room
• Bell boys: $9 in/out per person
• Resort Fee: $30 plus 13% tax per room, per night – includes:
  • Use of bicycle per day
  • 1 nature walk
  • 1 stretching class with instructor
  • 1 mixology class with instructor
  • 1 cooking class with instructor
  • 1 bonfire on the beach with live music and marshmallow experience
  • 1 movie night

Note: A detailed weekly program will be delivered during check in. Resort fee is designed for individuals and there are no private group activities.

Only Full Program and Guest Registrations can book a hotel room. You must have at least one registration per hotel room booked.
